It has been an absolute privilege and pleasure to have Ron and his team breathe new life into my home.

The reno involved major infrastructure updates, some remodelling and building a new over-height garage. Ron’s vision, vast-ranging expertise, attention to detail and relationships with his team and sub-trades were priceless. His communication style is exceptional, from the explanations of pros and cons of various options and how things work to the day-to-day updates and accounting. Every question was answered promptly and completely; he was never rushed, always available and refreshingly honest and trustworthy. Ron’s design elements and guidance were innovative and invaluable; his ability to figure out the root cause of issues in the original house build and devise corrections and improvements was ingenious. The work ethic and congeniality of the whole team made every visit positive, educational and comfortable. The site was always neatly organized and the crew happy, respectful and considerate of the neighbours and community. They were all committed to excellence, having a pride in their craft and desire to get things just right for me.

The Besley Design and Build experience has been simply superlative and enjoyable in every respect. I give them my strongest recommendation without reservation…indeed, I will be seeking their services again for a future project.
